* Cancellation received by a Quest property 48 hours prior (low season) or 7 days prior (high season) to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.

* Should a cancellation be received within 48 hours prior (low season) or 7 days prior (high season) to the date of arrival, or should the reservation not be taken (a no-show), then a one night room rate charge will be applied during low season and two nights room charge during high season.
