Quest Parnell is one of the newly constructed serviced apartments in the city. The apartment hotel is located in the heart of Parnell and thus minutes away from the business, shopping, entertainment and night life districts. The short term apartments are housed in an independent building with secure car parking, gymnasium, lap pool and other facilities. Each of the executive serviced apartments offers all the modern luxuries of life. There are three types of apartments for rent in the building. There are 18 studio apartments, 10 one bedroom apartments and 10 two bedroom units. Studios offer a basic furnishing with a pantry where a microwave and basic cutlery is provided. One and two bedroom apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes with ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and other appliances along with full supplies of crockery. An open plan dining/living area has a modern dining table where you can enjoy your family meals. The living room also has a large flat screen TV with cable programming. Internet, direct dial phone and fax/modem lines are also available in one and two bedroom apartments. Two bedroom apartments have queen beds in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second room. Attached bathrooms have modern sanitary fittings.
1. A booking is cancelled by the guest five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.
2. A booking is cancelled by the guest or the booking is shortened to less than five (5) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) prior to the date of arrival, or should a reservation not be honored by the guest (a no-show), the guest will be charged for one night.
3. The cancellation policy may subject to change according to each serviced apartment’s cancellation policy, which shall be displayed on each serviced apartment page. Otherwise the above cancellation policy shall be applied.
4. Moveandstay.com reserves the rights to modify cancellation policy according to each serviced apartments policies and other factors that Moveandstay.com does not control.
