Serviced Apartment Block under construction in Singleton
A brand new serviced apartment block which will provide short term accommodations is currently underway on Civic Avenue in Singleton. The serviced apartment complex is being built by GWH Construction and plans are to have the apartment block completed by April of 2009.
The project is one of many serviced apartment blocks that are booming in Australia as a result of the valued proposition of the serviced apartment industry and the increase in tourism. Additionally, the complex will provide access to a gym facility located on the site.
